ROGA manages the Eve River Sort Yard in partnership with the Tlowitsis Nation. Eve River is located an hour north of Campbell River. Eve River annually bundles up to 250,000 cubic metres of logs for transport on the water. Eve River accomplishes this by using wheel loaders, log stackers, Butt-N-Top log loaders, excavators, and a small fleet of boom boats.
While the majority of the wood harvested in Campbell River is shipped to processing facilities around Vancouver Island, some of the wood has cultural values and is distributed based on community needs.
ROGA has deep roots on Vancouver Island and employs roughly 70 people year-round in their Island division between Eve River Ventures Ltd., Nuxwi Enterprises Ltd., and REHN Enterprises Ltd.
